Using the Early Years Award FAQs

We'll use this page to put up answers to any questions that we get asked frequently.

1. Can more than one person from my setting work on the award on-line at the same time?

Yes. BUT only in different sections. Don't try and update the same section at the same time - the system gets confused.

2. How do I print a blank award?

Choose whether you want a complete award or just a section.

Leaving evidence and action plan ticked will give blank boxes to make notes in

NB if you want to include your answers when you print your audit otherwise you must leave my responses ticked

3.How often should I save?

Please save frequently - there are buttons at the top and bottom of each section. Every time you update something would be recommended best practice.

If you try move to another section before you have saved the system will ask you if you are sure you want to navigate away from the page.

4. How do I navigate between sections?

You can access any section of the award by clicking on the menu / links on the left hand side of every page (it's towards the top of the page)
